Privacy Policy

How KSB Consultancy L.L.C handles the information you give us through this website.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Who we are

KSB Consultancy L.L.C is a corporate services, tax and advisory firm based at Floor 48, Office 4816, Aspin Commercial Tower, 104 Sheikh Zayed Road, Trade Centre 1, Dubai, UAE. This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the separate engagement terms that apply once you become a client.

What we collect

We collect two things, and only two. The first is what you type into an enquiry form on this site:

  • Your name

So we know who we are replying to.

  • Your email address and phone number

So we can reply. You may give either or both.

  • The service you selected

So your enquiry reaches the right person.

  • Your message

Whatever you choose to tell us about your requirement.

The second is technical context stored with your enquiry in our private Google Sheet. This includes the page the enquiry was sent from, the page your visit started on, the website that referred you, and the date and time. It also includes any campaign tags or click identifiers in the link you first arrived through in that visit, such as utm_source, utm_campaign and similar, a Google click identifier, or a Meta click identifier. This tells us which page or advertisement prompted the enquiry.

The booking form pre-selects a country dial code so you do not have to scroll to find yours. Your approximate country is read from your connection at that moment and used only to set that default. It is never stored and never sent to anyone.

Meta Pixel and cookies

The Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms loads on every page of the site. It sets two first-party cookies. The _fbp cookie is set on every visit. The _fbc cookie is set when you arrive through a link from a Meta advertisement, and it carries the Meta click identifier.

Through the pixel, Meta receives a record of each page you visit. It also receives a record if you tap a phone number, a WhatsApp link or an email link. This is recorded as a contact action, and it specifies which of the three you tapped. If you send an enquiry, Meta receives the fact that an enquiry was sent, the form you used, which is either the booking form or the pop-up, and the service you selected.

When you send an enquiry, our server also sends Meta an enquiry event directly through the Meta Conversions API. This event contains your email address, phone number, first name, last name and country. Each of these details is converted to a SHA-256 hash before sending. The event also includes the IP address and browser details of your request, along with the _fbp and _fbc cookie values. It does not contain your message, your company name or any free text.

We use this information to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries, and to help Meta show our advertisements to people likely to be interested in our services. Meta uses this information under its own terms and its privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control how Meta uses this information for advertising in your Meta ad preferences at https://accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager loads on every page. It is a container provided by Google that loads other tags. It does not set cookies itself. We use it to load Google Analytics on every page. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. These cookies recognise a returning browser.

Google Analytics records the pages you visit and the website or campaign link you came from. It records your approximate location derived from the connection, your device type and your browser. It also records scrolling, clicks on links that leave the site and file downloads. When you send an enquiry, it records that an enquiry was sent. It records which form you used, whether the booking form or the pop-up. It records the service you selected and a random reference number for the enquiry. Google Analytics does not receive your name, email address, phone number, company or message from an enquiry.

We use this information to understand how visitors use the site and which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries. Google uses this information under its own terms and its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can stop Google Analytics in your browser by blocking or deleting cookies. You can also use the Google opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity loads on every page. It records how pages are used. It records clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement. We view this information as heatmaps and as replays of individual visits. It also records your device type, your browser, your approximate location derived from the connection and the pages you visit.

Microsoft Clarity is set to mask all text on the page. The text you type into forms and the text on the page are not recorded. It sets first-party cookies named _clck and _clsk. Microsoft may also set its own cookie named MUID on its own domain.

We use this information to find parts of the site that are hard to use and fix them. Microsoft uses this information under its own terms and its privacy statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The only other cookie, apart from the tools described in this policy, is on an internal, password-protected staff page. This cookie holds no visitor information.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your enquiry to respond to you, to answer your question, and to discuss whether we can help. If you become a client, the information becomes part of our client records and is governed by our engagement terms.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, other than the data sent to Meta, Google and Microsoft described above. We will not add you to a mailing list on the strength of an enquiry.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

An enquiry is recorded in a private Google Sheet held in KSB Consultancy’s own Google Workspace account, and a copy is emailed to our enquiries inbox. Both are accessible only to authorised KSB staff. Our website itself keeps no database of enquiries.

Vercel hosts the website. Google provides the Workspace account where enquiries are stored. Microsoft provides email. These three handle enquiry data only as our processors. Meta receives the data described in the Meta section and uses it under its own terms. Google and Microsoft receive the data described in their sections and use it under their own terms. These providers store data outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and for as long as any legal or regulatory obligation requires. If you ask us to delete an enquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
